Stephan Muheim (MSc, CEFA), director, is head of credit analysis and a member of the Global Credit Strategy Group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse Asset Management in 2017, he was a fixed income adviser to UHNW clients at Coutts and Bank Julius Baer, where he also worked as a Treasury portfolio manager. Before that, Muheim worked as a fixed income fund manager at Clariden Bank and Julius Baer Asset Management for over 10 years. He holds a masters’s degree in economics from the University of Fribourg. In addition, he is an EFFAS Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) and EFFAS Certified Financial Planner.

Objective

This Bond Fund is actively managed aiming to maximize returns (income) over a medium to long term. The Fund invests mainly in fixed income securities which have a minimum credit rating of CCC- (Standard & Poors). It invests without being limited to a specific class of assets, geographic scope or industry sector. The Fund can shift its allocation towards securities that might be undervalued by the market but with expected improvement and can use derivatives to achieve the above aims. The investor can buy or sell shares of the Fund on a daily (Luxembourg bank business days) basis.
