Christian Scherrer was born in Scherzingen in the late 1970s. He studied economics and finance at the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen, Switzerland. He joined LGT Capital Management in 2003 where he is a fund manager of multi asset class and equity funds. Since January 2012, he has been the lead manager of the LGT Sustainable Equity Fund Global. Outside of fund management Christian enjoys music, the theatre and a number of sports including football, badminton and hiking.


The Fund is an actively managed equity portfolio investing primarily in global corporations. All investments are selected for their sustainable value creation, contribution to social well-being (LGT's sustainability philosophy).
