Three independent asset managers Swinvest, Fontaris and DE Planification have joined forces in a strategic alliance.
Combined, the group now manages more than CHF3 billion, positioning it as a leading player in the industry.
The Bern, Fribourg, Neuchâtel alliance comes as a response to upcoming regulations, allowing the three boutiques to navigate the new legal and compliance demands facing the asset management community.
In order to position themselves ahead of the regulation curve, the three will have regular meetings with an increased interconnection, Swinvest partner François Grangier confirmed to Citywire Switzerland.
Fribourg-based Swinvest was created in 2008 partners up with Berne boutique Fontaris, which was founded in 2004 and is CHS PP regulated.
The third member of the alliance is Neuchâtel-based DE Planification, an independent adviser launched in 2000, which is regulated by Finma.
