Kang joined the group in October 2014 as an analyst covering Chinese equities in its Hong Kong-based operations.
She joined from Hong Kong-based investment firm Everbright Asset Management and has nine years of experience in the fund management industry.
In her new capacity she will work alongside Raper and Yu on the €185 million Dublin-domiciled fund. Kang come aboard at the same time that former co-manager Jun He left the group.
Raper has run the Comgest Growth Greater China Euro fund since 2011, while Yu was assigned immediately following his departure in October of last year.
The Comgest Growth Greater China Euro fund returned 71.6% in US dollar terms over the three years to the end of May 2015. This compares with a rise of 60.7% by its Citywire-assigned benchmark, the MSCI Golden Dragon TR USD, over the same period.
