Geneva group makes board change after chair steps back

Geneva-based Banque Profil de Gestion is to name Fulvio Pelli as its new chairman in the wake of its existing chair announcing he would not run for re-election.

Ivan Mazuranic, who has occupied the position since 2014, will not seek a continued mandate as chairman of the BPDG board.

This led BPDG to nominate a new candidate for the role, with Fulvio Pelli due to be put forward during the general assembly of the shareholders on the 24 April 2018.

The other members of the board, Genevieve Berclaz, Fabio Candeli and Nicolo Angileri, will stand for re-election to the board of directors for a new term of one year.
