Geneva-based Coges Corraterie Gestion, which has been part of the Eric Sturdza Group since 2013, has merged with Lagane Family Office, the bank has confirmed.

The new entity will operate under the name Coges Corraterie Gestion Wealth Management and Family Office.

The asset manager is hoping that the merger will enable it to expand Coges Corraterie Gestion’s wealth management solutions by including family-office services.

The family office will become the Eric Sturdza Group’s fourth line of business, alongside private banking, asset management and wealth management.

In a statement, the bank said: ‘This merger is the next instalment in our group’s strategic development, through which we will offer tailored, personalised solutions that cover our clients’ needs more fully.’

The new executive committee will include Michaela Zanello Sturdza, Stéphane Gibert and Jean-Pierre Lagane and will report to the board of directors.
