LGT Bank's Switzerland and Liechtenstein entities have expanded their boards of directors, the banks have announced.
One new board member is H.S.H. Prince Hubertus Alois von und zu Liechtenstein. He founded the e-learning service provider Triagonal in 2002 and has been regional recruitment director at Sommet Education since 2016.
The second appointee is lawyer Gabrielle Nater-Bass. She has been a member of the Zurich-based law firm Hombuger since 2006. Her practice focuses on wealthy private individuals, family offices and trustees.
Commenting on the board appointments, Thomas Piske, chairman of the board of directors for LGT Bank (Switzerland) and LGT Bank, said:
‘Gabrielle Nater-Bass’s knowledge of Swiss and international law and her expertise in the private clients segment, and H.S.H. Prince Hubertus Alois von und zu Liechtenstein’s experience as an entrepreneur significantly further strengthen our know-how in the international wealth management business.’
The board of directors of LGT Bank in Liechtenstein now consists of five members: Thomas Piske (Chairman), Olivier de Perregaux, H.S.H. Prince Max von und zu Liechtenstein, H.S.H. Prince Hubertus Alois von und zu Liechtenstein and Gabrielle Nater-Bass.
The LGT Bank (Switzerland) has the same board composition, with Hans Roth as an additional sixth member.
