Zurich-based Quilvest Wealth Management has appointed Stéphane Chrétien as its new CEO for Switzerland, as of 1 April 2018.
Chrétien replaces Philippe Monti, who has retired after 12 years at the firm. Monti will now join its board of directors.
The CEO of Quilvest Wealth Management, Marc Hoffman, said: ‘We are very pleased to have Stéphane Chrétien taking over as CEO of Quilvest (Switzerland). Stéphane is a very experienced wealth management professional with a profound knowledge of the industry and of the comprehensive needs of our clients.
‘His appointment ensures continuity in our successful strategy and our ambition to be one of the leading partners for wealth management and family office services in Switzerland.’
Chrétien has been with the Quilvest group since 2011, serving as CEO of Quilvest Banque Privée. He is also a member of the executive committee. He previously worked at Société Générale Group for 18 years, with responsibility for the company’s market and private banking activities in the Middle East.
Quilvest Wealth Management is part of the Quilvest group, an international financial group with around $36 billion in assets under management.
