Sustainable Finance Geneva (SFG) has appointed Unigestion CEO Fiona Frick to its board.
Frick joins along with Jonathan Normand, CEO of Codethic, a firm that helps organisations to promote environmental, social and governance factors.
As the first board member with experience in the crowdfunding and social entrepreneurship sector, Normand’s expertise is expected to complement that of the existing 13 members.
In its eighth year running, the SFG promotes sustainable investing through projects, initiatives and events.
Commenting on her new involvement with the SFG, Frick said: ‘Unigestion has a culture of responsible investment, and we continue to make that a priority as we believe it is our duty to clients to integrate ESG criteria into investment decision making processes.
‘Joining the board of SFG gives me an opportunity to work with the innovative financial community in the city and collectively reinforce the importance of continuing to improve sustainable finance.’
