Vontobel has named Gregor Hirt from rival firm UBS to serve as its head of multi-asset solutions, the firm has announced.
He will join the company in July and become part of the investment committee at the firm.
Hirt was previously at UBS Global Asset Management where he was CIO of global investment solutions for Europe and Switzerland. He was then named global chief strategist multi asset in 2016.
Prior to his time with UBS, Hirt served in leading roles at Schroders and Credit Suisse.
