Zurich-based adviser Albin Kistler has made three new hires as part of plans to strengthen research, portfolio management and client relationship capabilities, Citywire Switzerland can reveal.
Among the new hires is former UBS investment strategist Tobias Hochstrasser, who has joined as an asset management adviser. He will also be analysing IT companies.
Fellow newcomer Simon Subiaz is now a private client adviser and analyses banks and financial providers for the firm. He was previously head of the team responsible for wealth management clients at Credit Suisse.
The third new recruit, Damiano Köstinger, will be active in portfolio management. Prior to joining the firm he worked at Zurich-based wealth manager Marcuard Heritage where he was in charge of implementation.
The trio was hired in the period from September to December, however their names weren’t communicated until the end of their probation period.
In addition to these new recruits, Albin Kistler has also hired a person who will take charge of the financial analysis in December 2017 and whose name will be publicly revealed at a later stage.
In October 2017 the firm confirmed the hire of a property analyst Philipp Jossen and Nicolas Ammann, who is now in charge of trade execution.
