Bellevue Goup has announced the departure of two members of its board of directors.
The board’s chairman, Thomas von Planta, and Mirjam Staub-Bisang, a member of the board, will not stand for re-election at the next annual general meeting held on 19 March 2019.
During his time at Bellevue, von Planta, who also served as a president for the past four years, helped with the re-organisation of the company and growing assets under management.
Staub-Bisang had been member of the board since 2015 and decide to leave the firm to focus on a new role within an international financial institution.
Commenting on her decision, von Planta said: ‘Mirjam Staub-Bisang has been a key contributor to the group's development, and we understand her desire to take this opportunity, but regret that she will only be able to serve on the Bellevue Group's board of directors until March 2019.’
