Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management has appointed Christophe Caspar and Gad Amar as deputy CEOs, the firm has announced.
Caspar (pictured) joined the firm as deputy CEO on 1 November.
He is based in Geneva and reports to global asset management CEO and chairman of the executive board for Edmond de Rothschild (France), Vincent Taupin.
Caspar previously worked as head of investments at Pictet Wealth Management for two and a half years. He has also previously served as global chief investment officer at Russell Investments.
Amar is the current head of business development at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. He previously worked at BlackRock as head of the family office business for EMEA.
Meanwhile, Johnny El Hachem has been appointed to Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management's executive committee.
The firm has also appointed Pierre Jacquot as head of the group’s real estate business. Jacquot has also joined the asset management arm's executive committee.
