Former private bank CIO resurfaces at Zurich firm

Former Banque Cramer CIO Placido Albanese has joined Zurich-based Falcon Private Bank, having started in his new role on 1 January.

Albanese will be the head of advisory at Falcon Private Bank.

He spent nearly four years in his previous role and left Banque Cramer in June 2018.

Prior to that, he was head of portfolio management at Valartis Bank and CIO at Liechtensteinische Landesbank.

Commenting on the appointment, a spokesperson for Falcon Private Bank said: ‘As head of advisory, Placido Albanese brings a wealth of experience in the advisory field to our bank.’
