The head of Geneva-based Notz Stucki, Hilmi Ünver, has left the family office after 12 years to set up his own advisory firm.
TLOS Finance offers services relating to portfolio and fund management of hedge funds and provides advisory services to its clients, mostly family offices.
Ünver said: ‘The decision came naturally. With 27 years of experience I decided it was time to set up my own business, as I have the contacts and the knowledge to do so.’
He will collaborate with third parties in Luxembourg, China and Geneva, which is home to his main custodian bank.
‘I have links with some family offices in China. In this context, TLOS Finance has partnered with Swiss China Corporation (SCC), an asset manager headquartered in China and managing a multi-billion USD business around China and in Hong Kong.’
TLOS Finance is the exclusive advisor to SCC for US and European hedge fund managers and strengthens SCC's extensive experience on several aspects of Family Office management.
