German investment firm Shareholder Value Management has won a distribution licence to make its flagship fund available to qualified and non-qualified investors in Switzerland.
The Frankfurter Stiftungsfonds fund was launched in January 2008 and is managed by Frank Fischer. He focuses on stocks with a safety margin whose price is below their intrinsic value and prefers owner-managed companies.
Since its launch, the Frankfurter Stiftungsfonds fund has achieved an average yield of 10.85% per annum.
Fischer said: ‘Whether it is institutional investors such as foundations, pension funds and insurance companies or private investors, the goal is the same for everyone: to lose no money in the long term, and to achieve a medium- to long-term above-average return. We are committed to this claim.’
