GSTAAD 2017: Two strategies to improve YOUR trustworthiness

Institutions and organisations want people to trust them but trust can’t be demanded, it has to be earned, according to British statistician, Sir David Spiegelhalter.

Speaking at Citywire Switzerland 2017, Spiegelhalter said companies are mistaking 'fish bowl transparency' - where people are just dumping heaps of information on the web - with true trustworthiness.

He said they should instead focus on two strategies, which include being accessible and assesible rather, as well as being open to criticism.
