Rothschild & Co is expanding its equity advisory arm with the appointment of Andrei Brougham as managing director and Alvaro Rosado as director.

They will join the firm in the second quarter of 2021 and will be based in London.

Brougham and Rosado will be part of a team focusing on sponsor-led secondary transactions and will work with the private equity and global sector teams on the private capital offering.
